Blake's High Performance Soccer

Our experience originate from working with many soccer clubs located in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, and in the further Virginia suburbs. We understood that new and developing Soccer Clubs frequently need help understanding how to prioritize new programs. Many soccer clubs serve a wide span of ages and skill levels with many differing community interests and generic offerings are unfortunately rarely successful. For those reasons, Blake's High Performance Soccer Training created a unique service to assist organizations and soccer clubs build a solid foundation from which to grow successful customize programs to meet their needs.

Sample Club Assessment: 

1. Review of 3-5 year olds (pre-kindergarten) program.
2. A thorough review of the club's recreational program for the developmental age groups.

3. Program planning for the transitional age groups into competitive soccer. 

4.Assessment and program planning for coaching education program and personnel selection process.

5. Review of the club's continued opportunity program for the U13-U17 players.

6. Assessment of the competitive program and team training.

7. Assessment of the organizational structure and club leadership.  

8. Review of clubs financial system and fundraising opportunities.

9. Assessment of the clubs community integration program.

10. Assessment of the club's short-term and long-term development milestones and plan. 

Blake's HPST is very willing to work with Clubs to do an audit or evaluation assessment of current programs and operations to advise a Club on what is needed most with a recommendation on how to phase in new services. We are also very able to work with a Steering Committee or Board to recommend how to fund new programs or training activities.
